  • Appropriate investment climate.
  • Conformity with AAAID goals and programs.
  • Technical and financial feasibility of the project.
  • Sponsor who intends to participate in the Project.

      Investment cost

  • US $ 5 million (minimum) – US $ 350 million (maximum).

  • Capital Cost: at least 50% of investment cost.

  • Loans: not to exceed 50% of investment cost.

  • Sponsor participation: preferably not less than 25% of investment cost.
