As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance partnerships with leading agricultural and food companies in the region and explore strategic collaboration opportunities, the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID) conducted a working visit to Dina Farms, part of Qalaa Holdings, led by Mr. Talal Wishah, Director of the Direct Investment Department, accompanied by a senior team from AAAID.
During the visit, the delegation met with H.E. Dr. Ahmed Heikal, Founder and Chairman of of Qalaa Holdings (QH), who provided a comprehensive presentation on Dina Farms’ operations and production projects, including its integrated agricultural and livestock systems. The farms cover 10,000 acres, featuring over 15,000 dairy cows, 43 green fodder production hubs, specialized fruit farms, and a fully integrated dairy processing facility producing high-quality dairy products.
Discussions focused on exploring potential future investment partnerships between AAAID and leading private sector companies, aiming to support Arab food security and promote sustainable agriculture, while highlighting AAAID’s capacity to develop integrated livestock and agricultural projects and establish innovative and sustainable farming systems.
This visit reflects AAAID’s ongoing commitment to expanding its strategic and investment partnerships in the Arab agricultural sector, reaffirming its pioneering role in advancing food security initiatives and contributing to the development of sustainable agricultural systems capable of addressing future challenges.
