Following the issuance of Amiri Decree No. (11) of 2026 concerning the ministerial reshuffle in the sisterly State of Kuwait, His Excellency Dr. Obaid Saif Hamad Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Board of the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID), expressed his great pride and sincere congratulations to Her Excellency Dr. Reem Ghazi Saud Al-Fulaij on the occasion of gaining the confidence of the leadership and her appointment as Minister of State for Development and Sustainability.
His Excellency affirmed his confidence in Her Excellency’s competence and her ability to carry out her responsibilities with distinction, in a manner that will further advance sustainable development pathways and support the State of Kuwait’s aspirations toward a more prosperous and stable future.
He also prayed to Almighty God to grant her success and guidance in her duties, and to bestow upon the sisterly State of Kuwait continued security and progress under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir of the State, may God protect and preserve him.
