H.E. Dr. Obaid Saif Hamad Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Board of the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID), held a virtual meeting with Dr. Mohammed Al Ahmad, Chairman of the Public Authority of Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAF) in Kuwait, presence of senior officials and technical specialists from both sides.
The meeting explored a range of issues of mutual interest, with discussions focusing on opportunities to strengthen cooperation in agricultural and food investment, expand strategic partnerships, and support joint efforts aimed at advancing food security and sustainable development across the Arab region.
Both sides underscored the importance of continued coordination and the exchange of expertise to support the development of priority initiatives and projects, while enhancing the efficiency of joint action in the areas of agriculture, fisheries, and food security.
The meeting forms part of AAAID’s ongoing efforts to deepen its strategic relations with Arab institutions and specialized entities, and to support initiatives aimed at achieving Arab food security and strengthening the long-term sustainability of the agricultural sector.
