The Investment Advisory Council of the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID) held its second meeting of 2025 on Thursday, 19 June, at the AAAID’s headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The meeting was chaired by H.E. Mr. Sherif Sami, Chairman of the Council, with the esteemed members of the Council in attendance.
The agenda included a review of the progress made in implementing the recommendations of previous meetings, as well as discussions on emerging investment opportunities, particularly those related to small-scale farmer financing initiatives.
The Council also evaluated the performance of AAAID’s direct investment portfolio and investment funds, in addition to reviewing the implementation status of the AAAID’s strategic asset allocation policy for its financial investments reflecting AAAID’s commitment to sound resource management and sustainable investment growth.
