AAAID’s Board of Directors held its 3rd meeting for the year 2016 in the Authority’s regional office in Dubai, UAE on Thursday 29th September headed by His Excellency Mohamed Bin Obaid AL Mazrooei, Chairman and President of AAAID.
The Board issued a number of important resolutions including the approval of AAAID’s contribution in the Storing, Processing and Marketing of Botanical Crops Company in the Republic of Tunis. The Board also approved the increase of the capital, restructure and grant of corporate guarantees to some of AAAID’s companies with the purpose of availing sufficient working capital necessary for the optimum utilization of its production capacities. Further, the Board issued resolutions related to the monitoring of company performance and the review of some of the clauses of AAAID’s internal policies.
