• Evaluate initial and final investment proposals, information, and data received from potential investors or advisory firms.
• Assess feasibility studies, valuation reports, and financial models for new investment opportunities and projects.
• Build and maintain financial models for investment opportunities and the organization’s direct investment portfolio.
• Support due diligence activities, including site visits, management meetings, and document reviews.
• Monitor the financial, commercial, and operational performance of portfolio companies on a quarterly basis, and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize investment risks, and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Analyse periodic reports on operational, technical, and financial outcomes of financing programs.
• Develop presentations and reports for strategic meetings and discussions.
• Support the implementation of the investment policy and portfolio allocation strategy.

• Shape AAAID’s public narrative and ensure all content aligns with the vision of becoming the globally leading authority in sustainable food security.
• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.) and run successful content campaigns.
• Create compelling content including graphics and photography.
• Monitor media coverage and produce analytics reports (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
• Collaborate with international partners and senior leadership to promote sustainability and innovation initiatives.

• Monitor investment portfolio performance and conduct financial modelling and quantitative analysis.
• Develop asset allocation strategies for a diverse multi-asset class portfolio.

• Prepare board-level reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Support senior management in decisions regarding asset allocation, exit strategies, and portfolio rebalancing.

• Apply in-depth knowledge of international corporate governance codes, board procedures, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML/CFT policies).
• Maintain the trust of 21 member states and international shareholders through transparent governance practices.
• Enhance decision-making efficiency across the Authority and its affiliates.
• Prepare excellent analytical and governance reports in Arabic and English.
• Uphold a high level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
